Docking Facilities: A spacious 15 x 7 dock is available for your use, complete with a boat lift for added convenience. Kayaks & Paddleboard: Explore the stunning waters with complimentary kayaks and a paddleboard, ensuring a fun-filled aquatic experience.
Accommodation Details Our single-story home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is brand new to the rental program:
Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom with an attached bathroom, a 65 Smart TV, and access to the lanai for a peaceful outdoor experience. Bedroom 2: Second King Bedroom for additional comfort. Bedroom 3: Third King Bedroom, featuring a 48 Smart TV and direct access to the lanai.
Additional Amenities Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease in a well-appointed kitchen, and gather around the dining room for family meals with seating for six, plus an additional breakfast table for four. Dog-Friendly Option: Bring your furry friends along for the fun! Our home allows dogs for an additional nonrefundable fee of $250 plus tax, with a two-dog limit.
