Start your morning with a beautiful sunrise over the Intracoastal Waterway from your private balcony, then spend your day enjoying the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico just across the property. In the evening, head to the beach for a stunning Florida sunset or relax by the heated pool.

Inside, the open floor plan provides plenty of space to unwind. The bedroom includes 2 full beds, a large closet, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV. Two rollaway cots are also available for additional sleeping. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the dining area seats 4 with extra seating at the kitchen island.

Guests also have access to great on-site amenities, including a heated pool, charcoal BBQ grills, shuffleboard, tiki bar area, private boat dock, and fishing pier. Beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, balls, toys, and games are provided, making it easy to enjoy your time by the water.

Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Most balconies, including this unit, remain accessible, and construction noise is expected to be minimal. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The pool remains open except when work is being performed directly above the pool deck area.
