Walk out from the living room with wet bar to a new 2022 IPE deck featuring a large teak table with 8 chairs, two restaurant-style propane space heaters and a 10' umbrella. Weber grill with chimney makes grilling with lump charcoal look easy, and large Breeo 30” smokeless fire pit on new slate patio makes enjoying the backyard into the night easy. Back yard is well shaded by surrounding trees.

Main floor includes a mudroom, eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, well appointed living room, and den/office area set up with 2 desks 15 feet apart that each look out a window for remote work.

Second floor: Master ensuite bath + shared bath. Master features a king bed and walk-in closet. 2 rooms have 1 full bed each, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. Go to sleep to the sounds of frogs in the woods behind the house or close the windows and use the central air for quiet.

Third floor playroom keeps kids happy. 5th bedroom on the 3rd floor has twin beds/may be off limits so we can stash our clothes there if you would like closets and draweres empty on the second floor (as this is our primary residence). We will be leaving 1 car in the garage, can likely make the other bay available for you.
