This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit in Dunes Village Resort offers a Direct Ocean View with a fully stocked kitchen, living room and dining room area, free WIFI and flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room. This 775 sq. ft. 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit is situated on the 11th floor of the Palmetto building at Dunes Village Resort. The unit offers a full kitchen with granite counter tops complete with dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, free wireless internet, flat screen TVs and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while you take in the stunning oceanfront views from your large private balcony. The oversized bedroom offers two queen beds, a flat screen tv and plenty of closet space. The full bathroom features granite countertops and tub/shower combo with ceramic tile accent.

The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as "The Golden Mile", which adds to the level of luxury associated with your stay at the Dunes Village Resort. Take advantage of unlimited access to Dunes Village Resort's large indoor heated water park that includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children's pool and a game room with pool tables and other games. The Resort offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant that includes a lunch and dinner menu, pool bar and food service and Seattle's Best breakfast/coffee facility. *The Water Parks are Heated and fully enclosed from November 22nd – April 30th.

Great vacation

We had a great week at the beach resort. Check in was very simple, unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check out was also very simple. Definitely would stay again.

Room was clean, had all of the essentials and the view was amazing. The property manager was very quick to respond to any communication. Check in was straightforward and simple. The resort itself was a ton of fun with lots of activities for the kids. The pools and waterslides were perfect for my young kids who had a blast. A highly recommended resort and property.

Nice stay

Our family of 5 came to stay for an event at the convention center. It was very convenient to the venue, beach access, and onsite dining. Food was a little pricey, but we did have the luxury of a full kitchen to take advantage of. It rained a good bit of our trip so we spent a lot if time at the water park which was such a lifesaver with the kids.

Wonderful vacation

Great vacation had by all! Escaping the summer heat and harsh sun with all the indoor activities was a game changer. Excellent access to the beach. Restaurant food was amazing, the kids were entertained 100% of the time. The property itself had everything we needed. We would definitely consider coming back for another week.

Okay but great water park amenities for children

Overall it was an okay visit. The water park amenities were awesome for the children as well as the activities. Cleanliness of the room was 3 out of 5 considering our precious stays were at least 4 or 5 out of 5 stars. Check-in desk seemed a bit lacking on hospitality on this time around as well. Hopefully things will turn around.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the entertainment at the pool was a nice touch. Having beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent made our beach days super convenient. The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. LBR was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself and facility was pretty dated. The decor and appliances had definitely seen better days. But the beach sure made up for it!!! Such a beautiful location and so clean. We didn’t eat on site so I can’t speak to the restaurants but everything you could want was super close, but not too close. Get enough from the action of the Boardwalk but yet close enough to still get there quickly if you wanted to. We had an amazing time and cannot wait to go back!

Good place for kid friendly fun

This resort was great for kids with several pools and play areas including enclosed areas that were open rain or shine. The oceanfront balcony was nice for relaxing and listening to the waves. The unit was adequate for our family of 4. Full kitchen had everything we needed. The sliding bathroom door was difficult to open/close and needed a good cleaning. The bedroom door locks are on the outside of the room which was odd and useless. We only received 5 towels/washcloth sets, no extras were provided under the sink as stated in check in packet. Overall this was a nice place to stay.
