3-bedroom ground floor apartment in unique Mediterranean-style Italian villa, Solmare, right on the oceanfront. This residence is a true piece of art by the beach.
Just steps from Kawana Beach, this rooms are perfect for a family or group of 4-6. You will have 2 private rooms and 1 private bathroom on the ground floor of a 2-storey villa. Kitchen, living area and backyard may be shared with other guests if there are any.
As we’re located in a residential area, our place is not suitable for loud parties or events.

Hi, I’m Aleksandra — a former commercial pilot now running my own IT business. These days, I live in a separate unit upstairs in the villa with my partner, our friendly German Shepherd who loves kids, and two cats who tend to think they’re in charge.
The space you're renting is on the ground floor and fully dedicated to guests, with its own private entrance and amenities — so you'll have plenty of privacy. Just a heads-up: the third room in the guest area may occasionally be booked by another traveller, but everyone has their own locked room and shared access to the common spaces.
I really enjoy hosting and meeting people from all over, especially families visiting the Sunshine Coast. Buddina Beach is just around the corner, and I’m always happy to share tips or help if you need anything.

I chose Buddina for its peaceful coastal village vibe with everything close by. We’re just steps from Kawana’s patrolled beach — perfect for a swim, beach walk, or coffee while watching surfers. You don’t need a car here: enjoy a drink at the Surf Club or a relaxed dinner nearby, then walk home under the stars. Shops, parks, and the beach are all within easy walking or cycling distance. It’s safe, friendly, and wonderfully laid-back.

The rooms themselves are extra spacious, big enough to comfortably fit up to three beds each, which is perfect for families or groups. There’s also a sandy play area that little ones love, and plenty of outdoor seating so everyone can relax in their own spot, whether it’s reading in the sun or enjoying a meal under the stars.
It’s a warm, welcoming space designed for comfort, connection, and a touch of European charm.
