An ideal location! Summervale #3 is located just a stones throw from Bulcock Beach & only metres to Caloundra's main street.
Unit 3 is neatly furnished, 2 bedroom (Queen & 2 Singles) with one bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry with dishwasher, washing machine & dryer.
This property features a nice leafy outlook and partial water view from your balcony, a swimming pool and lock up garage. It is located on the 2nd floor with stairs (approximately 27 steps). It has a good sized living area as well as ceiling fans throughout.
Close by you will find a great choice of restauraunts, take-away options, shopping, cinemas, childrens playground with free beachfront BBQ's and the Caloundra bus terminal. The Caloundra markets are also held every Sunday in the main street which is just metres away.
