Key Collection: For after-hours arrivals, key collection is handled via a secure lockbox located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive the lockbox code on the day of your arrival (for Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday).
