On the ground floor, an open-plan design welcomes you with a contemporary kitchen equipped with everything you need for effortless meal preparation, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Next to the kitchen, a large 12-seater dining table invites family and friends to gather for shared meals and lively conversations. Kickback by the gas fireplace in the living area featuring two inviting sofas and a large TV. With central heating and air conditioning, you’ll be comfortable here no matter the season.

Sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and open onto an undercover patio, seamlessly connecting the indoors with the outdoors. Here, you can enjoy alfresco dining, fire up the BBQ, or relax on the lounge while soaking up the fresh air. The backyard provides plenty of space for kids to run around and jump on the trampoline, and you can unwind in the tranquil spa for a rejuvenating soak. A queen-sized bedroom is conveniently located on this level, connected to the bathroom accessible from the hallway, making it an ideal option for family members seeking easy accessibility.

Upstairs, four additional bedrooms ensure everyone has their own private retreat. The primary suite is ultra-spacious with a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a pristine ensuite featuring dual vanities, a shower, and a freestanding bath. Two other bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and ample walk-in wardrobes, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for children or additional guests, offering two king-single beds with trundles, comfortably sleeping four. Located an hour and 45 minutes' drive from Sydney, Caves Beach is conveniently situated just off the freeway on the Swansea Peninsula. There are stunning beaches and sandy inlets nearby, with the sand and surf of Caves Beach less than 10 minutes’ walk from your stay. A network of sea caves at the southern end can be explored at low tide, and the beach has BBQ facilities and a picnic area. An IGA supermarket and pharmacy are within a 10-minute walk, as well as a range of cafes and eateries.
