This lovely bedroom is complete with a queen bed, a ceiling fan, wardrobe space and a glass sliding door that opens out to the outdoor area.

The main bathroom features a shower, bath, vanity and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 3:
This room is perfect for the kids and is furnished with two single beds, a ceiling fan and wardrobe space.
Laundry:
The laundry is equipped with a front-load washing machine, dryer and sink, plus an undercover outdoor washing line.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and double garage, plus plenty of free street parking.

The home is nestled in Golden Beach, situated a street back from the serene Pumicestone Passage, a 200m walk will take you to the calm waters perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and boating as well as several playgrounds along the shoreline. An easy 20-minute walk will take you to Golden Beach's main street, where there’s a handful of charming cafes and restaurants await. Plus a 6-minute drive brings you to Caloundra's lively main street, where you'll find an array of restaurants, boutiques, and cafes.

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, nestled in the coastal suburb of Golden Beach, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are local bus services that operate close by should you need it, the home is approximately a 1 minute walk to Anning Ave near Roy St, where bus services operate to Caloundra Station (northbound) and Pelican Waters (southbound).

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*This property has security cameras which monitor the external entrance.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. Beautiful home convenient location
This is a spacious home (2,700 sqft) with a 2 car garage. The house is in excellent condition, it felt fresh and new, no signs of wear and tear. A large full kitchen, which we made full use of and enjoyed being able to cook our meals. The master bedroom and the living area are airconditioned, while the two spare bedrooms have ceiling fans.The house is located one street over from the ocean just a short walk around the block. Several grocery stores are 1 and 2 miles away and easy to get to. Additional shopping and restaurants are within the 2 miles. Overall the neighborhood is very residential and away from any larger apartment complexes. Access to the home is provided by a lockbox on the door and you are sent the code prior to your arrival.The Homeaway team was very responsive and has an off hours phone number if any issues come up.Overall this property was everything we were looking for and was as advertised in the property listing. Certainly would not hesitate to stay here again.
