The house was a great size and most things were well taken care of. The beds in the Master Bedroom were broke and very uncomfortable. Literally King bed was broke in middle. They only left 8 towels for a twelve person house so had to buy out own. Overall not a bad stay but would suggest adding washer and dryer as this is needed and part of the reason people stay in a Vrbo

thank you for the 8/10 review and for the helpful feedback. I’m very sorry about the master king bed being broken and uncomfortable. That is not acceptable, and we’re addressing it immediately. On towels, we do have additional towels available, but we were not notified during your stay that you needed more. If you had messaged us, we could have quickly had our cleaning team drop off extras so you would not have needed to purchase your own. We also agree we should communicate towel counts and the “just message us for more” option more clearly upfront, especially for larger groups, and we’re updating our pre-arrival info to make that crystal clear. Regarding the washer and dryer, our listing does note that laundry is not included, but we appreciate you sharing that it was a factor for you. We’ll make that detail even more obvious to prevent any confusion. Thanks again for staying with us, and we’d love the chance to host you again with these improvements in place.

Best house to accompany your stay from the kitchen ! To the spacious backyard ! Me and my family of 7 enjoyed the stay and had a wonderful experience with the host ! She communicated fast and efficient whenever we needed her ! The gas lighting fireplace outdoors was over the top for the cool weather when we stayed ! Definitely will book again

It was a very nice and spacious house the arcade was a nice touch for the children also. However I was looking foward to using the fire pit until I asked for the propane to be refilled and when asking the host, they said it wasn't part of the stay and they don't provide that. It was a bit disappointing when I had seen pictures of other people using it and was looking forward to it. All in all we enjoyed our stay other than that one inconvenience :)
