Price was good but lack of communication to/from the host was very difficult. Was charged for damage protection when it was not selected and trying to get ahold of a human to discuss this is brutal. Still working on that... Room was not ready at 3 p.m. as written on reservation but was able to check in at 4pm instead. Room was fairly clean but the rotting rusty smell in the dirty kitchen sink was an unpleasant whiff when entering the room. Tried to get a maid or staff to get a sink cleaning solution but that failed. The ant infested dead mouse on the porch floor and messy furniture outside was disappointing. A more engaging host and more efficient cleaning service would truly benefit this condo in lovely beautiful Granby.

The property as a whole (studio and building) needs some maintenance. None of the doors in the unit work properly, all are hard to open and close.

Birthday Weekend

This room was wonderful and suited our needs perfectly! Ground floor was very convenient. The unit was very clean. The hot tub and pool were wonderful as well! The staff were friendly. We only took away one star due to the bed. The mattress was VERY firm. We did not sleep as well as we would have liked. However, the bedding/mattress was very clean! We would stay here again and hope to get a unit with a more comfortable mattress. We had a wonderful time regardless.

The Evolve Group, in charge of managing this property, is incredibly ineffective and doing the property owners a great disservice. Looked at my check in instructions on the way and noticed they want you to call ahead for dogs, which I did. My reservation was “notated”. I attempted to pay these fees at check in, and was told by Bill at the front desk that “ownership pays these” so he then removes my card from the file and I register the dogs with the front desk, filling out a separate card with their info, that was put into an accordion file folder labeled for Pet registration. I receive an email on the second night of my stay, accusing me of hiding dogs, despite evidence of communication. I received no other communications from this company and responded immediately to rectify and explain the confusion. I ask them to call me to pay these pet fees I’ve tried to pay multiple times, but instead they continue to email me and tell me they’ve attempted to call me over the weekend. Ive provided my call logs that show my calls ahead of arrival l and asked them to cease communication that continues to minimize my responsibility. Been trying to pay these for days now. There’s also a parental lock on the Xfinity cable box that no on knows the code for, but the guest support contact wanted to send maintenance out to… guess the code. I stay in hotels and vrbos 4 nights a week for work. Property was fine but this back and forth has ruined it. Won’t be back.

Meh.

Greeted with yellow snow on both sides of the entrance to bldg due to pets. Loud knocking noise in plumbing when neighbor shower was on. Anyone walking upstairs somehow vibrates right through the unit. Old window blinds barely working. Dishwasher wouldn’t start. Other small things too, all little things that add up to not a great unit to stay in.

We were not able to check in even after confirmation of our booking. After waiting in line for a while, the front desk didn't have the reservation listed in their system and sent us away at 6:30 pm telling us to call Evolve. We called and they told us that the reservation was still stuck pending in the air and they had to still confirm that cleaning services were completed. Hmm at 6:30-7 pm!! We waited on line again and finally received the key to the studio suite.

This was our 3rd time at this resort. It’s not super modern or updated but it’s cozy and allows our dog.This was our second time in this unit. The first time it was just two of us and we were in and out so quick that we didn’t utilize the kitchen or the pull out bed. This time, we spent Christmas here as a family with our 9 year old and it wasn’t very accommodating for us. There were not enough pillows or blankets (1 extra blanket and 4 standard pillows is not enough for 2 beds). The pullout bed was horribly uncomfortable & you could feel every spring. All three of us ended up on the full size Murphy bed, which meant none of us got sleep. The kitchen could use some TLC & better cleaning. Cookware & kitchen tools were seriously lagging. It didn’t have even the basics like a cutting board or oven mitts. There was nothing available to bake in.The tv is not a smart tv. We hoped to watch the football game on Christmas Day, but had no access to streaming services. The space is nice but the unit itself could do better. We will pass on this one for now; for paying almost three hundred per night, I would expect a little more. Also, the pet fees are different for different units, our charge was 90, it used to only be 35.

Room looked nice in pictures and in person. NO AIR CONDITIONING IN BUILDING. Staff said it’s always been that way at this facility but I did not see that in the description. Colorado mountain air is cooler, but room wasn’t cool enough. Bed is terrible! It’s a pull out from wall with a very hard mattress. We hardly slept. Once bed was pulled down, placement of other furniture made getting around at night cluttered and clumsy. TV is on wall, looks like it is connected to cable, but never could get cable to work. WiFi worked some, but was laggy and slow especially late evening. Shower is LOW FLOW, but there was plenty of hot water, just don’t be fooled by high capacity shower head appearance (low flow isn’t good for anybody). Will not stay here again.
