Getting Around We recommend getting a rental car as that is the best way to see the most out of St. Thomas but if you prefer taxis, that’s no problem for this location! Pineapple Village is in a great, central location and being at Margaritaville makes it convenient to grab a taxi when you need
Nearby by car: Adventure is Just Minutes Away * Red Hook (6-Minute Drive): Bars, restaurants, shopping, and the ferry to St. John, it’s all just a quick trip from your door. * More Beaches, More Fun: Explore nearby gems like Lindquist Beach, Sapphire Beach, and Secret Harbor, all within easy reach. - Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 11 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not. - Havensite shops + Pirate Museum – 20 minutes, lots of shopping options. The Pirate Museum is open when cruise ships are in port and is fun way to learn about the history of the island.

Island Tings This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.

We enjoyed our 3 week stay with another couple. Having the extra king sized bed suite was perfect. It allowed them to have their own personal space. The hosts were fast and efficient to reply to our concerns and needs. A full sized washer and dryer was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishesThe showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was close to several beaches and the town of Red Hook. K-Mart and grocery store were an easy drive. We took a Sunset Cruise from right there at Margaritaville. The ferry in Red Hook took us to St John's for the day. We were able to buy our tickets there and back online. What a great place. Thank you

Family spring break with college aged kids
We had an amazing stay in Pineapple Village! The accommodations were exactly what we needed for 6 adults. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to relax and hang out together. We were able to cook a few meals in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice having an extra common bathroom and the patio area. The separate entrance for the master bedroom was nice as well. We spent a few nights floating in the pool which was just outside our door and was so relaxing. The only thing lacking from this property than from other places we’ve stayed on the island is a view. It would have been nice to have beach chairs and snorkel gear available to use as that’s been included with other properties we’ve stayed too. Otherwise, this place has everything and we really enjoyed our stay!!

Spacious and Convenient
We enjoyed our stay at 3308 Pineapple Village. The communication with the Managers - Meghan and Doug at BlueSalt Properties - was outstanding. From the check-in through the check-out and a few times in between, they were extremely helpful and accessible. The highlights of the property are: good location on the East End near Magen's Bay (15 minute drive), Saphire Bay (10 minute drive) and Red Hook Ferry (12 minute drive). The property has been renovated and is clean with very large living area and three bedrooms, ample modern bathrooms (4 full), and good AC and Wifi. There is also a generator that kicks in automatically when the electricity occasionally goes off - not all properties at Pineapple Village have this great amenity. The pool on the property is outstanding - huge and clean. The proximity to Margaritaville is a plus if you want to walk over for a drink or a casual dinner. The outside garden provides privacy and a nice place to eat outdoors, with a large gas grill. There is also a full-size washer/dryer that comes with the condo and lots of beach floats and toys for the kids. Parking is nearby and plentiful. There are friendly security guards at the gate to welcome you as you drive in. All-in-all, this is a lovely, convenient, and very reasonable place to stay on the island. Highly recommend!
