The stay was great but storage for guest was limited with exception to main room. Another full size bed would have been better as advertised but we made it work. The host was definitely very responsive which was nice. Overall our stay was pleasant. We already miss it.

The house is conveniently located near many fun activities in the Keys, making it an easy drive away. It’s well-appointed with everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The outdoor space was a nice place to hang out!Our host was fantastic, always ready to answer our questions and check in with us regularly.

Excellent place. Great location on the canal. Nice porch for sitting with a beautiful large umbrella. . Golf cart was awesome. Owner was extremely helpful. Really enhanced our trip. Can’t recommend enough.

Cozy house, perfect location

Great little spot, location was perfect, house was cozy, and the host was fantastic! The staff at Venture Out were also extremely courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Greatest Host & Property

This property will not disappoint! I don’t care for Hotels. Everything I needed was there and Eric is a class AAA host. He is very attentive and quick to answer any questions. Kitchen had everything, plenty of Hot water, Towels and bedding etc. I would stay here every year if I can get the booking. I have Been staying at Venture Out past 5 years. I fish the lower keys area every spring and love the area and the people. Everyone in VO are very friendly and welcoming, Staff and residents alike. Great accommodations in the park. Thanks Eric!!

We enjoyed this property very much. ! The house was very clean beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for the week . The owner was very accommodating and made it easy if we had any questions !! Highly recommend this home to ret . We have stayed at a few and by far the must comfortable for my family’s needs !! Family Vacation

The property was great and the host was very responsive and helpful. We had plenty of beds for 6 people and the house was comfortable with enough ammentities to keep our teenagers busy when we weren't exploring the keys.

Ferienwohnung Cudjoe Key

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sogenannten gated community auf Cudjoe Key, etwa 30 min von Key West entfernt. Gemeinschafts- Whirlpool und beheiztes Schwimmbad, sowie Tennisplätzen in der Anlage. Haus am Kanal gelegen, Golfcart zur Benutzung vorhanden.Das Haus entsprach was die Anzahl, bzw Aufteilung der Betten angeht, nicht der Inseratbeschreibung. Es gibt kein Hochbett und kein zweites Queenbett. Das „Eingangszimmer“ verfügt über ein Rollbett, es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Queenbett, sowie zwei Schlafsofas im recht kleinen Wohnzimmer ( bei ausgezogener Couch, ist es kaum noch möglich herumzulaufen).Die Sauberkeit war sehr grenzwertig, der Boden war schmutzig, die Betten voller Hundehaare, das Geschirr dreckig. Es gab anfangs nur 3 Küchenstühle, 2 Gläser und 4 Tassen….auf unser Bitten brachte man uns noch Stühle und Gläser. Auf der Terrasse gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten, aber leider keine Möglichkeit eine Mahlzeit einzunehmen, schade bei 25C Aussentemperatur im Dezember.Fazit: Haus von der Umgebung und Anlage zu empfehlen, das Inserat muss allerdings korrigiert werden, die Sauberkeit ebenso .

We enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was very easy. There was plenty of room for our family. We loved having the golf cart to drive around the community. We would stay again.

Dirty place in a rudely staffed neighborhood!!!!

Well as much as I would love to say we stayed.. we didn’t. My boyfriend and I traveled 5 hours to get to the property just to be hit with RUDE Venture Out staff and a chaotic environment that had no match to the disgusting house we walked into. The house had dead roaches, pet hair layered on all the furniture, dog food on the floor, the air filter was completely clogged,blood and urine stains on the bed mattress and pillows (found this when we tried to change the sheets in efforts to make it better for us to stay). We contacted the property owner with pictures of issues and his reply was “it’s not a hospital.” We were only there for about an hour debating whether we could stay. We were already starting to sneeze and become congested. We got so upset we decided to hop back in the truck and drive straight back home since it was late and we could not find anywhere to stay. The property owner refused a refund, and Vrbo is equally as bad about not wanting to refund. This house was a biohazard, nothing less. I would not recommend this property, nor VRBO, nor Venture Out.

Love the water

The property is perfect for a couple maybe 3. Its on the smaller side but we loved our time there. Property owner was very attentive even went and bought fishing poles when we asked if there were some available! We will be back!

Easy communication and considerate owners

Booking, check in, and communication was seamless. The owners were thoughtful - providing water and extra amenities not advertised or required. The unit was well appointed and the dock area and cleaning station was one of the nicest we've had in Venture Out. The host was available whenever necessary and made every attempt to ensure you had what you needed throughout the stay. Would not hesitate to stay there again!
