Perfect for a family vacation (sleeps 7), this lovely, charming fisherman’s cottage—renovated and tastefully decorated—is located just 30 meters from the sea. It’s ideally situated, close to shops and the charming little port of Cros-de-Cagnes. Set in a quiet, typical southern French cul-de-sac. Second-row location, just behind the beach promenade.
The house is air-conditioned and features unlimited Wi-Fi access, as well as three comfortable bedrooms. Two have 160-cm double beds, and one has bunk beds (a double on the bottom and a single on top), along with storage space and a flat-screen TV. Bed linens and bedding are provided.
The large bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass walls, a vanity unit, a Bluetooth speaker, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. Towels are provided. There are two toilets (one in the bathroom and one separate).
The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, large refrigerator, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, as well as extra sets of dishes and various kitchen utensils) opens onto the dining room—which is spacious with very pleasant high ceilings—and the living room. The house also features a private terrace shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a plancha. You can enjoy your meals there at the large teak table.
