Tucked back on the Assawoman Bay, you'll enjoy lots of privacy, and Sunsets that will take your breath away. With a Seasonal, Outdoor Community Pool and just a short 2 block stroll to the 81st Street Beach Access, Shops, and Dining, you really can have it all - and at a Family-Friendly Price Tag!

This gorgeous Condo sleeps 8 in pure comfort, and is decorated with a fun and tasteful Coastal Flair. No stairs to climb makes for easy loading and unloading, and the wonderful Outdoor Pool is just around the corner. As you enter this lovely Condo, you will find the Primary Bedroom will be on your right as you make your way down the hall and you will pass Bedrooms 2 and 3 making your way to the main Living Area. As you get to the end of the Hall, you'll be met with a fabulous Open Floor Plan and absolutely breathtaking Views of the open Bay. The Living Area is light and bright with Nautical blue and Beachy Decor, Comfy Furniture, Flat Screen Streaming TV, and Free WiFI - a great place to relax after a fun-filled day on the Beach. With a Wall of Windows facing the water, you can't get away from amazing Views. These windows and doors lead to the long Balcony directly facing the Bay and Sunsets that are sure to take your breath away. End the day here with a glass of Pinot while watching the Sun sink into the Bay. Beautifully furnished, there are several places to curl up with a good book out here as well.

The Chef in the Family will love the Well-Stocked Kitchen with everything you need to make mealtime super easy. Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before exploring OC, or dine at the table with the family - we just love the Classic Beach Flair that the Dining Area boasts. You can also dine Al Fresco while watching the Herons and Egrets in the Bay. Not one to cook on Vacation? No worries - many great dining options are a short stroll away including a Local's favorite, The Hobbit, right next door, or Hooked, and The Ropewalk. Doesn't get much better than this, right?

Oh, but it does! The spacious Primary Bedroom tucked away from the main Living Area has a plush Queen Bed, Flat Screen Streaming TV, and a Private Full Bath. In the Primary Bath, you'll find a Shower/Tub Combo with an oversized tub.

There are 2 more spacious Bedrooms, as well as another Full Bath. Bedroom 2 features a Queen Bed, and a funky, fun decor. There is also a Flat Screen Streaming TV and Bay Views for your enjoyment. Bedroom 3, right next door, has 2 Twin beds, and will be the perfect place for your little loved ones with a desk and another Flat Screen Streaming TV. The spacious 2nd Full Bath is conveniently located close to the Living Area and the Bedrooms and has a Shower/Tub Combo.
