A little cordial two-way conversation goes a long way. At the end of your stay, as you are walking out the door, suddenly you are extremely unhappy. We have a great boots on the ground property manager, who does a wonderful job, but we need to know there's a problem, such as the temp of the pool. We are easily able to adjust the thermostat in the house if you let us know there is a need. Yes, for security purposes we have a Ring door bell, the fact of which is fully disclosed. Over the last year and a half many, many families have enjoyed our home and blessed us with their kind comments and feed back. I am sorry you feel differently.

Well, Ashley, this is a first for us, seeing as cleanliness is and always has been our cornerstone. Our cleaner has faithfully done a beautiful job for us for 2 years now. After you arrived, I had much communication with you, how to work the AC, where were the baby items, you knocked a vane off the pool door blinds, can you have deliveries to the house, etc. After 4 days of this, you say you are washing bedding from 2 beds because they don't look clean and found hair on a blanket in the closet. Seems odd that you did not mention this early in your stay. The baby gate most likely was damaged by a suitcase going up or down the stairs. We offered to have the property manager repair it and you couldn't be bothered. He has since taken care of it. The garbage disposal was replaced just weeks prior to your arrival, so there shouldn't be odor coming from that. I keep baking soda and vinegar under the sink, if you had asked, I would have suggested it. The pool is cleaned weekly and certainly was cleaned during your stay. Being an outdoor pool, sometimes debris can blow in or be washed in when it rains. A brush and net are provided for our guests to use should they need it. The bench for trash is provided by the HOA and every home in the neighborhood has one just like it. We have always found it to be of adequate size as long as you put your trash out daily. Trash is collected 6 days a week, this is posted on the frig. We feel this is a great service, instead of a week's worth of trash collecting in a giant bin. We have hosted hundreds of guests in the last 2+ years, and all comments related to cleanliness have been positive.
