Unit 203 is a modern, single-level condo with an open-concept floorplan.

Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit showcase the beautiful mountain

landscape. As you exit the elevator, the kitchen, family room, and dining room

greet you, offering plenty of space to lounge and enjoy time together. The

dining room has seating for eight, with an additional four barstools at the

kitchen island. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and all the cookware

you need to host meals. The family room offers soft seating perfect for

watching TV on the flat screen or warming up next to the fireplace. A quaint
