This location offers genuine ski-in, ski-out access - just step out the back door onto the slopes! The community boasts amenities like a pool, hot tub, and more. The only view better than this is the one you`ll have while skiing down the mountain! your also walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars and the lovely community area. After booking we will ask you fill out an insurance form for damages.

You`re only 10-15 minutes away from Dear Valley and Downtown Park City

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Please note: After your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Phenomenal location and condo in Canyons. My entire family of 13 stayed in the unit and there was so much space for everyone. Great location, great setup, great views. The unit was stocked with all the essentials a family needs to cook, clean and enjoy the mountain. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Amazing view. Very pleasingly decorated. Good beds with nice bedding. Very well stocked. Every thing we would ever need—-except Kleenex. Couldn’t find one of the fireplace remotes. Overall, we all loved our long weekend. ( Hope you get the dishwasher repaired)

Great time!

Large group of guys and the big spacious great room, giant sofa and a bed for each made it a great home base for a weekend of sun on the slopes.

Ideal location, great space for group bonding

We stayed here for my birthday and enjoyed the large living area and well stocked kitchen. The community amenities like the pool and hot tub were also top notch. The property contact was responsive and helped resolve a few small issues like the dishwasher not working. Note in March 2025 the bunk room had one queen and 3 fulls in case this is a factor for your group!

Amazing – Just Book It!

This place is a dream, especially if you’re traveling with a group/kids! They’ve thought of everything: fully stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries, cleaning supplies, baby/kid gear (toys, pack & play, high chair, tiny utensils!), big smart TVs in every room, board games, a washer/dryer with detergent (lifesaver), and even a Green Egg grill that we put to good use!The layout is awesome — large living space with a couch so big we lost a few people in it (9 adults 3 kids with room to spare). Gorgeous views, beautifully decorated and the whole place just feels luxe. The dedicated ski gear room was a nice bonus!This place is truly ski-in/ski-out, but heads up — the run to the gondola is a short but steep blue, and the runs home are blue too. We had three kids with us (two beginners), and they managed just fine with some help. Property management was amazing and super responsive. We can’t wait to visit again! If you’re on the fence, just book it. You won’t regret it!

Great location, great space, communication could be a little better.

Overall we were very impressed with the property. It was in great condition, clean, well-appointed, and spacious. We were a group of 10 and did all of our meals in the condo. We loved the giant couch in the living room-it easily fit all 10 of us at once--great for playing games and for watching movies. The location was great--easy ski in/ski out.One concern I had was that I reached out to the owner the Monday before our Friday arrival to make sure everything was set. (After booking 11 months prior with a 50% down-payment I received an email with a couple different phone numbers and a contact email.) When I heard back, it was from a different number than I messaged, and it was an auto-message stating there was a charge fail and if I didn't offer a payment method in 12 hours my booking would be cancelled. That was a bit anxiety producing and I didn't appreciate that form of communication. Overall, I did get all my questions answered, but communication felt a bit choppy and messages seemed to come from a variety of different places--some directly and some through VRBO, 2 different phone numbers, etc. Also, after booking I did reach out to the gmail address provided with a question and never heard back. Lastly, underground parking was great--2 reserved spots-but we had 3 cars for 3 families and the communication regarding the parking was initially unclear. We were able to snag an unreserved guest spot in the garage.
