Stunning Lake Roosevelt views and accommodations from our Lincoln residence

Enjoy our large 3700 square foot luxurious home perched right above Lake Roosevelt with easy 1/2 mile walking or driving to Lincoln boat launch as well as a beautiful bay with public gazebo and swim Area managed by park service. Our home is set up to easily accommodate three to four families with a second kitchenette three large bedrooms with king beds in the main house and a separate 900 sq ft bungalow with five additional queen beds. All rooms have WiFi, smart TVs, and hotel quality mattresses and bedding. Our expansive covered decks are well appointed with a variety of sitting areas to soak in the views of the lake and rock hill formations. One of the covered decks even has a screened in sleeping porch with four more twin beds designed for you to bring your own sleeping bags and enjoy. We have a wide variety of indoor and outdoor games to play including a pickleball and basketball sport court, a putting green, a pool table, ping pong table, spike ball and we also have kayaks and paddle boards for you to enjoy out on the lake. It is an easy paved drive from the highway to our driveway and we have great neighbors on a quiet secluded dead end road. Plenty of space to roam on our large lot as well and ample easy parking.

Family time

We had a great time hanging out at the house! So much to do on the property and amazing lake views! We were able to walk down and find a great beach spot, about a mile for us but there was one closer at the boat launch.

CHRISTMAS VACATION

We had great time. Very well stocked kitchen, I was very pleased as to how W/C accessible it was. The shower was not accessible. We love the mother-in-law room was great for the kids. We have reserved it later this year again. the view is beautiful.

Lake Vacation

We spent 4 great days at your beautiful home. The house was very accommodating for 4 couples. The kitchen supplies were well stocked and the house was very clean. We spent 3 days on the lake and the boat launch is only a couple minutes down the road. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Excellent Experience

Place was beautiful and easily accommodated 10 us of nicely. Went for a guy's weekend of fishing and had plenty of parking and plenty of things to entertain the group. View was breathtaking and host was wonderful to communicate with and answer questions. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Picture perfect!

A beautiful house, a beautiful view and perfect weather. The house was fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for our entire family. We had fun with all the outside games and water toys provided. Hope to come back next year.

Great house for large families!

This is a great house for large families and extended families. The view is stunning and the boat launch is just down the road. The house has lots of accommodations to make a fun family vacation - from the pool table, basketball court, putting green and big deck. And of course easy access to Lake Roosevelt. You can enjoy the view from the main living areas as well as some of the bedrooms especially the master bedroom. We had a great stay - this is our second time at this house and we plan to book for next year!

EPIC Base Camp!

We were excited about this property and it most certainly came thru in every way! Location and views were amazing. Tons of parking and great boat launch nearby. Beds amazing, kitchen well stocked, tons of space for our crew to spread out and enjoy all the extras indoors and out! Ben was super easy to work with at every turn. Definitely worth every penny!

Weekend at Lake Roosevelt

This is a beautiful property! We enjoyed the view, the multiple sleeping options and the well-stocked kitchen so we could cook all our meals. There were plenty of activity options to keep the younger adults entertained and the fire pit made it so nice to be outside in the evening. We enjoyed our weekend at the Lake House!

Great Lake views and water access!

The home was perfect for a large group. Lots of sleeping areas and plenty os space to spread out. The wrap around deck is amazing with 180 view of Lake Roosevelt and the mountains. Lost of comfortable furniture and fire table on the deck. The living room and kitchen has lost of room. We had 11 people In our group and never felt cramped. The pantry was huge for all our supplies. There is lost of good parking for the boats and the boat ramp is only a short drive away. The only minor concerns we had trouble with the oven getting up to temp once we figured it out it was fine. The deck railing needed to be cleaned it had bird droppings we wiped it of which was not a big deal. I would suggest adding a hair dryer to the bathroom down stairs - there was only one in the house. The ice markers did not work. The WiFi was great. The owner was very responsive to the Air condition electrical problem and it was fixed promptly. Overall the house was exceptional and we will go back again!
