Brand new, 1 bedroom with loft, shop/house with beautiful views overlooking Lake Roosevelt. Shop/House has 1 bedroom (upstairs) and loft space (upstairs), with pull out sofa with memory foam mattress. One full bath, located on main floor, with sauna. Cozy home, giving the feel of the outdoors with the comforts of home. Home also includes dry sauna, covered front porch with propane BBQ and propane fire pit (propane fire pit will be removed during a fire ban). Home includes high speed internet, TVs with Dish Network and access to any TV subscriptions you may have. Pet Friendly. Access to 3 boat launches, all approximately 5 miles away, which include Hawk Creek, Seven Bays Marina, Fort Spokane. Fishing, boating, hunting, swimming/water sports are abundant! Or a perfect place for peace and quiet. (Please note that if you have mobility issues this may not be the house for you. All beds are upstairs, and the bathroom is downstairs)

Everything was exactly as described in the post. Good wi-fi, kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfy. The views and sunsets were stunning. The driveway was perfect for us as we had our jet skis with so easy parking.

Cozy with beautiful view

My husband and I really enjoyed our two night stay and it was perfectly located five minutes away from the wedding venue that we there for. The place was very cozy, everything you need, new, clean, and nicely decorated. Favorite part was the amazing view.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. View from the home is gorgeous! The home was well stocked, and all the cookware was in great condition. The check in was easy as the host supplied very good instructions. We had a relaxing and great time. Hope to be back again!!

I would stay here over and over again! Great location for what we were doing .. Love the view.. the pictures don't do it justice and the home.. chef's kiss! Cozy and perfect for the two of us! The owner is very responsive and we were very happy.. Super clean, Super Cozy and the views.. just WOW!

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay at this Seven Bays home. It is the perfect size for 2 adults or small family. Very nicely decorated and was supplied with all the essentials. The view was wonderful and the Sauna was a nice treat. I have stayed at several VRBO's and this one rates on the top of my list.

Lake & Mountain Panorama

New and nicely decorated hilltop cabin/home with relaxing views of Lake Roosevelt and surrounding hills/mountains. Well outfitted with everything needed for visitors. Good location for lake activities, hiking, checking out other interesting sites like Fort Spokane, Inland NW Railroad Museum, and Coulee Dam. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful sunset view, tons of nature!

What a beautiful place to stay! We spent every day out on our boat (boat launch 5 minutes down the road, easy to park large truck and boat trailer) and every evening grilling, enjoying the sunset, and watching the deer. We loved it so much that we called out of work and stayed an extra night, see you on the water! (:

We have currently resided and worked on Lake Roosevlet for the last 9 years. For 6 years I worked at the Marina for Keller Ferry and Seven Bays and my husband John is currently a captain at the Keller Ferry. This is a great place for summer activities, winter fishing, or just wanting to get away!

Amazing views of Lake Roosevelt. Access to 3 boat launches with in 5 miles; Hawk Creek (dependent on lake level and great place for kayaking), Seven Bays and Fort Spokane. Access to fishing on Lake Roosevelt and the Spokane Arm. During the summer Seven Bays marina has access to boat fuel, restaurant and marina store. Two Rivers marina, approximately 6 miles away, access to fuel on land and water, and marina is open year-round. Home is cozy, with wood fireplace and sauna for the cold winter months. Summertime patio is great for outdoor entertaining.
