You may encounter street art, and some urban challenges that may be unfamiliar if you come from a smaller town or city. However, this neighborhood is valued by those who have lived in larger cities or who wish to immerse themselves in an urban environment.
It is important to note that this is not a typical family-friendly neighborhood. Families with small children should be aware that the property is situated on a busy street in Atlanta, which may not be ideal for young kids or pets.
On the other hand, adults will relish the proximity to a wealth of attractions that Atlanta is renowned for, including nightclubs, pubs, stadiums, concerts, and conventions. As you drive to the property, you will witness the ongoing transformation of the area. While the pandemic has slightly delayed this progression, the neighborhood is on the cusp of becoming one of the most sought-after locations in Atlanta, although it has not yet reached that point.
