Host was excellent coffee machine broke and had another one for us in less than 1 hr. Rooms were spacious, loved each room had a roku tv. Kitchen was well stacked. Super clean. Less than 1/2 mile from downtown.

The floors in the house were dirty, needed to be swept and mopped. Need bigger towels for adults. Kitchen was nice, Bathrooms were clean Beds were comfortable

Birthday hideaway

I booked here bc the house looked cozy and amazing, while still close to the city where I wanted to celebrate with my loved ones. Neighborhood was quiet and all amenities were amazing

Great stay close to everything

The house was clean and comfortable. Never found the hot tub that is listed but also didn’t ask the owner so maybe we just missed it. 10 minutes from most attractions. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

The property is in a very good location for getting back and forth to events in the City.

The Neighborhood where the property is located, is not the best environment, however maintenance and adjustments on the property has been made where you will feel safe and comfortable throughout your stay.

Close to everything great midtown location

This house was perfect for myself and family. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host was prompt with information for my stay. Every place we went was literally a 10-15 min drive from the house.

I spent a week and enjoyed my time there .. the location was great and quiet ... the host stayed in communication when needed. It was comfortable.. especially the beds thats was a topic of conversation surprising

This property it was so amazing in the inside is was just like the online listing. But so much better in person and had lots of room. And the location was close to everything no more then 10 15 min to were everyone needed to go. Check in was easy. Thanks so much if we come bk to Atl we will b booking here again.

I loved the home and its up coming neighborhood. So much history there.The home was clean, up graded bedrooms had their own touch of class. Very quiet property. Close to everything we were pleased. The host was very helpful and kind. We plan to return in the summer and hopeful stay there. The Bell family

Kidney Transplant

Near Emory Midtown hospital. 6.2 miles to and from, easy routes, grocery, pharmacy on the route. Required cleaning up to standard of transplant. Home was comfortable, neighborhood was some what hood like, but we were never bothered. If you were there for Atlanta venues it was 3 mins from all.

Black & Gold Weekend

We enjoyed the stay for the most part. One of the bedrooms did have a bug or two. The house itself is beautiful on the inside it's the location. Yes it is centrally located but until that direct neighborhood's get their look up I feel that would be the main downfall of the home.

We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The house was immaculate and the host answered all of my messages right away. The game table and arcade game didn’t work but we didn’t care as we had plenty to do otherwise. The stove is amazing if you like to cook. Bring your own laundry pods if you plan to wash clothes.Other reviewers said that they did not feel safe. It is a low/mixed income neighborhood. We were there to conduct public opinion surveys for 2 weeks and talked to over 300 people in the area. Literally walking the streets all day around this VRBO house. We had a positive experience getting to know the residents and had no problems. As long as you’ve been in a city before and have some common sense you’ll be fine. Our party of 6 people got a nice place in a very convenient location for a reasonable price.

Great central location

We stayed at this property for 3 nights while in town for a wedding. The location is great, and we were very close to all the activities that we wanted to do. The house is in a strange spot, there seemed to be a lot of abandoned lots nearby, but it was nice and quiet, and very central, so I liked that. Amenity-wise, I felt that there was a lot of thoughtfulness put into making the guests comfortable -- all of the soaps were full, there was a brand new kitchen sponge, there were plenty of towels stacked on each bed for the guests, and a TV with Roku in every room. Everything was very clean although I would recommend bringing slippers unless you don't mind your socks getting dirty, it does seem like the floors need to be mopped. Lastly, communication with the host was also quick and easy, he was very responsive whenever I had questions. I would recommend this spot, and would stay here again!

Please understand this is not a negative review this is an honest review.These BNB sites do an injustice by not listing the address so that you can review the exact area that you are staying in. This area was totally unsafe for me and my 3 women friends. When I told my native friends where we were, they insisted that we leave to stay with them instead because they were fearfully of us getting robbed, harassed or vandalized. The neighbors are homeless people sleeping in the field right out of the front door. If you are a smoker you will not want to smoke outside on the front or back. Theho.eless people are watching you and will beg for your butts. We didn't even take the garbage out because we were afraid that they would.loiter in front of the house digging in it. One day, someone knocked on the door...after we ignored them...begging for money.

Nice house but awful neighborhood

I booked this house without knowing anything about Atlanta. The owner was great and very responsive. The house was located just a few miles from everything we wanted to do which was nice. The house did have an alarm system that we used at night. The beds were comfy and lots of pillows were provided. The rooms were spacious and having 2 1/2 baths made getting ready easy. Overall the house was clean and well maintained. The house was in a pretty sketchy neighborhood and I would never have picked this location had I known. We actually considered leaving the first night due to this alone. Though the house could sleep 9 there were only 3 cups and sets of silverware available. The available cookware was slim to none. There was one role of paper towels and only one extra trash bag for use. There was not enough seating both in the kitchen or living room for our group which left people always left sitting on the floor. A limited amount of towels were provided but laundry supplies weren’t so we were forced to buy a lot of supplies to make it through the week.
