The Space:

Step into this delightful single-level home, where stunning ocean views greet you from the bright and airy open-plan living and dining area. The space is designed for relaxation and opens onto a covered verandah with outdoor furniture, perfect for watching the waves. The large, enclosed backyard features a private BBQ grill and is a safe space for children and pets to play.

Guests will enjoy complete and private access to the entire house, including all three bedrooms, the living areas, and the kitchen. You will also have exclusive use of the covered verandah, the large enclosed backyard, and the outdoor shower. Convenient, free on-site parking is included. Entry is contactless via a secure lockbox for your privacy and convenience.

The cottage is perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of Malua Bay. The beach is just a short walk away and sits beside a large, grassy reserve complete with picnic tables, public barbecues, and a children’s playground.



You can easily leave the car behind, with local cafés, restaurants, and the FoodWorks supermarket all within easy walking distance.



Getting Around:

With the beach, park, and local shops so close, you can enjoy the relaxed coastal lifestyle on foot. Free parking is also provided at the property if you wish to explore the wider region by car.



Other Things to Note:

All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked.

We kindly ask that you bring your own beach towels. The bath towels provided are for in-home use only and must remain at the property.

Check-in is simple via a lockbox. The code will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.
