Modern & Spacious 2yo Home
Located down a safe cul de sac our modern and spacious 4 bdrm home is the ideal getaway for couples, families & groups.
The designer o/plan kitchen is the heart of the home which features high end appliances. There are two sets of stacker doors which provide fantastic indoor-outdoor flow, one leads to a patio and the other to a covered outdoor entertaining deck which is where you will find the Weber BBQ.
The Kitchen/dining area features a walk in pantry and our guests can help themselves to a large range of herbs and spices along with basic cooking ingredients. There is a double fridge/freezer which has a water dispenser and ice maker. There is also a double over, the stovetop is induction for faster heating and a double drawer dishwasher. There are 3 bar stools and a table with 6 dining chairs.
The main lounge has a corner suite along with a 60” TV and Netflix is available along with other apps
The Master Bedroom has an ensuite with a double shower including a rain shower head, a standard shower head and a toilet. There is a super king bed, a large TV and drawers along with a walk in wardrobe and is located separately to the other bedrooms.
The main bathroom has a double shower with a rain shower head and a standard shower head. There is also a freestanding deep bath and toilet.
The 2nd Bedroom is next to the main bathroom and it consists of a Queen Bed with a double wardrobe with built in shelves.
The 3rd Bedroom is located next to the 2nd bedroom and has a double bed along with a double wardrobe with built in shelves.
The 4th bedroom has a single bed and a daybed along with a wardrobe with built in shelves.
The outdoor area has a table with 6 chairs along with a Weber BBQ. The back yard is fully fenced so safe for kids along with pets.
Located only a 7 mins drive to the CBD and New Plymouth Port. Pukekura Park and the Bowl of Brooklands is a 10 minute drive. Our nearest beach is Back Beach and only 5 mins drive. Oakura is 8 mins away. There is a Woolworths only a min drive away along with a Laundromat, fish & chip/Chinese shop and a pizza store.
With 4 bdrms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms there will be plently of space for everyone
Please note that although you have the entire house, the garage is unavailable.
