The 16th floor view is absolutely incredible and guests will enjoy unobstructed Northeast-facing views for as far as you can see! Enjoy gorgeous sunrises, and colorful sunsets. The spacious private balcony has a hightop patio and bistro set waiting. Wake up to a gorgeous sunrise and enjoy a yoga session or sip coffee as you enjoy the beautiful views of the sparkling water.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of being able to wash and dry their clothes without having to leave the condo with the stackable washer & dryer. If bulk laundry is needed, the Sand Dunes also offers a very large coin-operated laundromat in the oceanfront building.

All bath towels, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for each reservation.

***The onsite water park between the building & Ocean Blvd. is privately owned & not accessible to our guests. Our guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located next to and behind the oceanfront building). And the best part-THE BEACH!

Other things to note:
-Minimum age for renters: 21
-This unit has a ring doorbell camera on front door recording 24/7 for security. Any tampering or obstruction of cameras is grounds for cancellation without refund, and is also cause for us to come to the property to correct any camera issues.
-No parties allowed, security team on the premises. Myrtle Beach does have a noise ordinance from 11pm-7am.
-Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the condo or on the balcony.
-Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles, trailers, boats, mopeds or pets.
-Pest Control is scheduled on the 1st Wednesday of March, June, September and December (subject to change). Guests staying these days are required to allow access and may be asked to step out of the unit while they perform the service.
-This is a privately owned & operated condo, therefore guests WILL NOT have access to front desk or housekeeping services during your stay.

A few of our favorites; River City Cafe is onsite at Sand Dunes. Starbucks, next door, and in within a mile, there is Liberty Tap Room & Grill, Fiesta Mexican Restaurant, Blueberry’s Grill and the upscale Flamingo Grill. (These restaurants are subject to change).
