Perfect romantic getaway for the Holidays!


It is the perfect place to enjoy time away with your family read a book or enjoy a cup of coffee on one of the outdoor spaces with a beautiful lake view or enjoy soaking in the 7 person hot tub, which was purchased new in July. Check out our reviews on AIRBNB.

The dock is accessible by boat during summer pool. Check with us during off-season!

The house includes two living areas on separate levels. The main level has two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a deck with seating off the living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a laundry room. The basement has two bedrooms and a bathroom, a kitchenette, with a concrete patio and firepit.

There is an industrial-grade ice maker in the basement for guest use.

Fantastic Stay!

This house had everything we needed!! Plenty of space, beds, an awesome hot tub and lots of supplies, utensils and dishes in the kitchen to cook with! Madison was quick to respond and very accommodating! Would definitely recommend!

Great getaway for a weekend, with a huge yard

So much room to play outside the house with a large yard leading down to the water. The host was very welcoming and communicated quickly.

Thanksgiving

We had a great day at the lake house. Everything was as pictured. It was our family of nine and we had our dog with us. We really liked the oven/stove as the Thanksgiving me all came out perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend this lake house for gatherings.

Guys ATV weekend at LBL.

Madison was very easy to work with and has a great property. We had three trucks and two large trailers with multiple ATVs. There was room in the driveway for everything and even a carport to shelter them. The house was clean and had everything we needed. After a long day of riding ATVs we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Thanks Madison for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

KY Lake Family Trip

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house is exactly as listed. There is a large family room/living area upstairs and a separate one downstairs. This setup was perfect to give the adults and kids a separate area to enjoy. There were plenty of beds. The house was very clean. The deck off of the upstairs and the patio area off the downstairs have an amazing view. We spotted several animals including deer, a fox and an eagle. The hot tub, fire pit and grill made it even better. There is a little convenience store a couple minutes away which had much more than we expected. The Moors Resort and Marina was a few minutes down the road. Madison was quick to respond and gave us all the info we needed prior to checking in. We all had a wonderful stay!

Family vacation

Had a very relaxing stay. Check in and check out was a breeze. Cottage is centrally located to all different sorts of attractions to tempt young and old. Cottage is perfect for some quality family time and to just unplug. Kids loved the lake, the hot tub and the high speed internet!

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the lake house. The area and views were beautiful. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and both bathrooms were in great shape. The living areas had plenty of good seating. The hot tub and out door seating areas were also super nice. Extra amenities such as the grills, ice machine, and baby items were very appreciated! We really enjoyed this place and will recommend it to friends.

Great spot for a lake trip

The house was very clean. The hot tub was clean and functioned well. The dock is small and tucked back in a small creek but the water depth at the end of may was about 6 feet at the edge of the dock. It’s protected down in a valley so the wind didn’t hit it too bad. The owner was very responsive and easy to reach. Didn’t have any issues with our stay at all!

Perfect relaxing getaway

This was perfect for our group, we adults loved spending mornings and evenings on the patio. While the kids enjoys the big basement area to hangout. We will definitely be back in the future!
