This spacious waterfront home is a vacationer's delight! Our home is clean, bright, and airy with a beautiful sunset view each night. We’ve spotted dolphins and manatees in the water off the back- and caught countless fish. For years my family has spent time on Nettles Island enjoying all the amenities that the community offers. There is no shortage of things to do on the island! We’re excited to welcome you into our home, please reach out with any questions.

Nettles is our favorite vacation spot and this home is absolutely gorgeous. I especially enjoyed the two porches facing the water! Olivia is a great communicator and answered our trip questions quickly. The house was well stocked and clean. We had a great time and can’t wait for next time!

Great Family Getaway

House was clean, and stocked with everything you would need. Easy check in/out. Location was amazing. We were able to see dolphins from the kitchen table. Would definitely book with Olivia again.

Olivia was so delightful to rent from. Very clean, spacious and had everything you would want and need. Nettles is such a friendly community.

Beautiful property

This was an amazing property. It had an absolutely beautiful view. The owner, Olivia is very helpful and extremely easy to deal with. The house was immaculant and 5 stars!! It had everything you need, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, you didn't need a thing except your clothes! I can't wait to rent this place again next year.

Lovely place!

Situated right at the water's edge, on the Indian River, with stunning sunsets and moon-sets every day! Our place has every amenity, including toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoos, w/d, and more. Owner is very responsive and helpful, and Nettles Island has two pools, beachfront access, and all kinds of games and activities. We had a great family vacation here.

WaterView

Painless from booking to checkout. 4th visit to island and by far the most comfortable place to stay. Street Is quiet with very little traffic. House is nicely appointed and comfortable. Very spacious for a Nettles property. Would definitely consider renting same property for my next stay.

What a great place to stay!

Olivia is an excellent host. We stayed there the week of the Hurricane and thankfully we didn't get hit hard. The house is absolutely beautiful. The windows are hurricane proof .and the house is built too. We Caught Snook and Goliath Grouper. from the back of the house. There is even a big boy goliath that swims by every now and then. I totally and honestly recommend this house. I have stayed on that island over 10 times at different houses and by far, it is the best. I will definetley rent from Olivia again. (if there is a vacancy.)

Awesome view at Nettles Island!

This property has a great view of the Indian River from the downstairs living room and kitchen and the master bedroom. It was very well stocked so everything we needed there. Check in was simple and easy. Olivia was very quick to respond to questions and made sure all needs were met.
