The Space:

Welcome to your private retreat, a luxury vacation rental offering 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 elegant bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, formal and casual dining areas, an inviting living room, and a game room with a ping pong table.



Outside, enjoy a serene koi pond, sparkling pool, and spa, while expansive floor-to-ceiling windows fill the home with natural light and stunning views. Complete with a smart home system, washer and dryer, connected garage, private driveway, and fully furnished interiors, this home blends comfort, entertainment, and style for an unforgettable stay.

Guests have access to the entire home. No space is shared. Every inch is yours to enjoy!



The Neighborhood:

Perched in the prestigious Bird Streets of the Hollywood Hills, Villa Serene offers privacy, breathtaking views, and prime access to Los Angeles’ most iconic destinations. Just minutes from the Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood, guests can enjoy upscale dining, luxury shopping, vibrant nightlife, scenic hiking trails, and the elevated lifestyle that defines this exclusive neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Since this villa is professionally managed by us, you’ll receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Enjoy seamless car delivery directly to the property, with concierge support for airport transfers upon departure. Choose from a curated fleet including Cadillac Escalades, convertible Mercedes models, Rolls Royce Dawn, and Lamborghini Urus vehicles for a smooth and elevated travel experience.



Other Things to Note:

Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking.



To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully:



1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names prior to booking. Guest list and Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.



2) No pets unless proof of service animal is provided, as required by law.



3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke/vapor/gas detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations (paid by guest). City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.



4) Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.



5) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.



6) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.



7) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them.



Pool heating: $100 per day of your reservation; hot tub is free.



8) Day of Arrival:

Please let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. This is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us to maintain a secure environment.



Parking: Parking: 2 spaces, including a garage and private driveway, plus free street parking nearby.



Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.



9) Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.



When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.



10) **All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged.



11) To maintain the quality and condition of the home, guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any furniture without prior written approval. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furnishings themselves.

Any unauthorized movement of furniture will result in an additional fee to cover inspection, repositioning, and any damages incurred.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space in excellent condition for all guests.



Please note that this home is located on a hillside. While your privacy and comfort are our priority, occasional hillside maintenance may occur as part of routine erosion checks. This work is minimal and will not interfere with your stay, but from time to time you may see someone briefly on the hillside performing inspections.



*This property has exterior security cameras installed for security purposes. One camera is located at the front door, and additional cameras are positioned in the backyard and overlooking the pool area. These cameras are motion-activated and directed only toward exterior access points. They do not monitor any private outdoor spaces where guests would expect privacy.



Cleanliness:

We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.



We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We maintain high hospitality standards with an in-house team of designers, concierge, hosts, maintenance personnel, and stylists. We are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress.



Lastly, by the end of your stay with us, if you feel our service provided to you has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome.

Concierge services are available including restaurant reservations, chef services, fridge stocking, private transportation, car, yacht or private jet rentals, health/fitness/beauty/wellness in-house appointments, guided city tours, hikes and custom curated experiences.
