The Space:
Discover this beautifully remodeled NOLA treasure, perfect for your family or friend groups. This home perfectly blends artistic and classic decor for a fun and comfortable stay. All 4 bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, luxury linens, TVs, and ample closet space making this a perfect home for multiple couples or families needing privacy. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy it together at the large dining table. The large sectional sofa provides ample seating for your entire group in the living area, while the infinity edge table is loaded with games for the kids. The front porch is a great spot for a morning coffee. All this and more await your NOLA adventure.
The home includes gated parking for two vehicles, as well as a driveway for 2 more - a very rare feature in New Orleans! The fenced in backyard is great for the pups or kids, and is enhanced with the large mural designed and painted by a favorite, local artist. The backyard also includes a firepit and seating area for enjoying an evening cocktail.
You are only a few steps away from the streetcar and local restaurant favorites such as Ruby Slipper Cafe. Whole foods is also just a few blocks away. Take the 5 min streetcar ride to the French Quarter, or walk it in 30 minutes! Truly a central location to everything you need.

Guest have access to the entire home.
The Neighborhood:
Mid City is a locals favorite with numerous restaurants, bars, music venues and more within walking distance. The street car is right next to the home and can take you anywhere in the city. Whole Foods is 4 blocks away and the French quarter is about 1 mile away.
Getting Around:
The streetcar is a great way to get around the city without needing a car. The nearest stop is only a 2 minute walk from your front door.
Other Things to Note:
All locals are required to contact us before booking. If you do not, your reservaiton will automatically be cancelled.
No parties or large gatherings of any kind.
No smoking in the home.
Maximum occupancy at all time.
Violators will be removed from the home without a refund and fined an additional $500.
