1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under. 2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home. 7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 23. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. 8. This IS a pet friendly property. Guests must notify 30A Sea Story that they are bringing pets (no more than 2) when booking. A non refundable pet fee is required.
*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST: • Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins. • Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent). • Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room. • Check all drawers and closets for any personal items. • Return beach key fob to the kitchen counter. • Turn off all lights and make sure exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked. • Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!

We go to the 30-A area every year and this was a great place to stay at Seacrest for our extended family of 6. Very clean, well equipped, and in great condition. Having the four bikes right there for us was a plus. Everything was very smooth, and it was nice to be offered the possibility to check-in a few hours earlier. Great stay overall.

The Fish House was an great rental! Exceptionally clean for a pet-friensly oprion, so conveneint to Lagoon pool and shops!! Hosts were prompt and conscise with communication. Even got to check in a bit early!! We lacked nothing and had a very enjoyable amd peaceful time. Highly recommended.

Had to go to the store a couple of times for simple essentials that I typically find in most rentals(dishwasher pods, coffee filters, Tide, salt/pepper, etc.) Mattresses were just OK. Washer and dryer are tricky and awkward. Longer walk to beach than other reviews made us believe, but otherwise good location. We were told no strollers/wagons on the beach, so walking with kids across big roads is something to be aware of. Host was good, tons of beach toys and chairs a big . Would stay again.

To clarify for other guests reading this review, how long it takes someone to walk the 4/10ths of a mile from the edge of the driveway to the pristine white sands of the Emerald Coast depends on several factors. We use the generally accepted pace of 3 miles per hour, which equates to about 8 minutes. Strollers are permitted through the community's deeded beach access point, provided they are used to carry a child. Unfortunately, as much as we wish otherwise, wagons are not permitted by the beach access easement rules we must abide by. As to the amenities we provide, we do outline in the arrival information that when guests arrive, they will discover the home stocked with essential supplies to ensure a comfortable start, including one roll of paper towels, 10 oz of dish soap, a dish sponge, a bottle of liquid dishwasher detergent, a container of Clorox wipes, and a box of kitchen trash bags in the kitchen. Additionally, each bathroom will have one set of travel-sized toiletries, hand soap, and a new roll of toilet paper. A box containing enough detergent for two loads of laundry is provided in the laundry room. While these provisions are intended to make your initial arrival pleasant, they may not be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. Of course, bed and bath linens are provided, and we have one beach towel per guest for use while in residence.

Well equipped and spacious
The property was well-kept and equipped with the essentials. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the house is perfect. Quiet but close enough to the pool for the kids.
My only complaints would be the ice machine did not work properly, the hot water in the jacuzzi did not work at all and the check in process was a bit confusing since we did not see an attachment. The property manager was quick to resolve the issue.
