Welcome to Endless Summer, a comfortable coastal retreat in the heart of Inlet Beach, just minutes from Scenic Highway 30A and less than half a mile from the beach. With over 2,100 square feet of living space, this charming craftsman-style home is designed for easy family vacations, offering bright gathering spaces, spacious bedrooms, and great outdoor living.
Inside, the open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating a relaxed space to gather after a day at the beach. Out back, a brick patio with built-in benches and a fire pit provides the perfect setting for evening cookouts, with the propane grill located right on the patio.
Guests can easily walk or bike to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach, and a convenient pedestrian underpass beneath Highway 98 makes getting to the beach and nearby communities safe and simple.
The home also features a 240V NEMA outlet on a 50A circuit for EV charging.

Guests are responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with community guidelines and local regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 23 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are provided in the home (one per person).
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 23. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room.
• Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
• Return key to the kitchen counter.
• Turn off all lights and make sure exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!
*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.
