All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are provided in the home (one per person). 7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 23. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. 8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST: • Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins. • Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent). • Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room. • Check all drawers and closets for any personal items. • Return key to the kitchen counter. • Turn off all lights and make sure exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked. • Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!

Wedding Fun
The house was beautiful and pristine. The owner was wonderful at communicating and working with our group. We will definitely be back and would recommend this listing to everyone. A short drive to the beach and all the shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. Thank you!!!

Great property, location good but be aware of traffic
Great property & price. We’ll appointed, newer development and easy access to all that 30A has to offer.
Only downside: you have to cross a 4 lane highway if walking/biking to the beach. Not ideal for children/teens who will be biking to Rosemary Square.

Overall the house was nice. There were a few small issues that kept it from 5 stars. Two of the kitchen chairs were broken and after reaching out, they said they'd come take care of them but they didn't. The primary bath had ants at some times. Also they say their driveways fits 3 cars, however that's not the case.

Thank you very much for the review, and we apologize for the mix-up in communications amongst our staff members relative to the handling of the chair. Rest assured that our maintenance team has ensured all the chair legs for the kitchen chairs are tight, and the broken chair has been replaced.
As far as the uninvited guests go, we treat the home for pests on a monthly basis, but every now and then nature finds a way in. In those rare instances, we are more than happy to re-treat the property at a time that is convenient our guests so long as they make us aware of the problem while they are in residence.
As far as parking goes, we advertise the home as having enough room for two vehicles to park side by side with no problem. From time to time, guests will ask if they can park three vehicles, and our answer is always that it really depends on the size of the vehicles in question and how they are parked. Three mid-sized sedans can fit, but it is tight. If you choose to park in this manner, we recommend parking in such a way that the driver-side of the outer vehicles is easily accessible. Accessing the vehicle in the middle typically requires moving one of the other vehicles.
That being said, since street parking in the neighborhood is NOT allowed, we generally recommend that guests with more than two vehicles in their party consider parking off, but along the side of North Orange Street, which is just outside the neighborhood.
