On cooler evenings, the electric fireplace adds warmth and charm, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, a spacious and well-equipped space featuring granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge with ice maker, oven, and convection microwave. Whether you're preparing a family meal or just grabbing a quick snack, you’ll have everything you need. The dining table, which seats 9, is perfect for family meals, and the kitchen island offers seating for 5, ideal for casual chats while the chef works.
On the first floor, you'll also find the King Bedroom, which offers a private retreat with a 50-inch Smart TV and easy access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, perfect for refreshing after a day of beach fun.
