Oceanfront Retreat with Private Balcony

Beautiful 14th floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! Brand new to Luxury Beach Rentals and completely remodeled, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 14th floor offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king bed and direct access to a large oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed and the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.




The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.

- 7 night minimum from Sunday to Sunday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

- A deposit is required to make a reservation and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would highly recommend this condo to others & we would definitely stay there again. Luxury Beach Rental company was great from start to finish. They always responded quickly when I had questions. Location of condo was great & it was clean inside. Loved the lighting. decor & flooring. Furniture & bedding was very comfortable. I was hesitant to stay on the 14th floor but there were several elevators & they were fast. Condo layout was perfect for us. Resort grounds were well taken care of & many pool options. Nice beach area and close to restaurants & activities we enjoy. A few minor recommendations...entry door handle needs repaired or replaced - it was difficult. The dishwasher works fine but is missing 1 of the 4 rolling wheels on the bottom rack, so it was a bit challenging to get it to roll in & out while loading & unloading. Really enjoyed our stay!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are some quirks with this property, but is to be expected coming out from a remodel. I expected it to be wrapped up a little more though. The biggest issue is the door. You didn't always need put the code in, just turn the knob and push hard enough and it will open. The balcony door didn't lock. The stove doesn't have any markings and took forever to heat up. There doesn't seem to be hot water in the kitchen. There is no place for clothes storage (drawers) in the master bedroom. Annoying, but not a problem, the light switches are almost all upside down and there are no overhead lights in the room. Toilet roll holder and towel bar in guest bathroom are loose. But, for the amount of time we were in the room, it was manageable. Location and building were great. Be careful with the bar by the big pool, bartender was setting his own tips w/o questions.

Not a 5 star

The hotel room was pretty clean, but there was a few hiccups. Our refrigerator was not cooling and we had to call in somebody to come fix it. Took 2 days for them to come fix it.They really need to update the appliances in this room. It really drags the look of the place down. The master bedroom stays HOT. They do provide a floor fan in there, but it doesn’t work properly there may be a short in the wires. Also, you better take your showers early in the evening or you probably won’t have hot water. I didn’t see a hot water tank in the room so I’m sure this is a hotel problem. The actual pool grounds for the indoor pools was nasty. There was old cookies laying on the side of the steps going in and it was there the whole time. The floorboard going up from the beach had broken in and they left it that way until the very last day we were there. Such a hazard if someone’s foot got caught in there. I definitely will not stay here again. The room was pretty nice, but the hotel needs to step up their cleaning game. And last, but not least you have to take your trash over to a dumpster across the street on the right side of the parking garage such an annoyance. Who wants to take their trash every time they have some all the way over to gross dumpsters across the street. All the hotels I’ve ever stayed at always allowed you to sit your trash out by your door and they come pick it up or they have a trash shoot, not this place! That was the number one thing we did not like!
