The apartment was in a great location with lovely views from the balcony. Clean, modern and bright.

Had a lovely time in Trouville and the apartment was ideal for us. Sitting on the balcony with an almond croissant at breakfast or a drink in the evening was a relaxing way to spend our time. Everything was well-equipped and new. We are used to a firmer bed so the mattress took a bit of getting used to but otherwise it is a perfect holiday rental.

Many thanks. We are trying to improve our appartement to give you the best possible stay in Trouville. We are thinking about changing our mattress to a firmer one but we enjoy the feather mattress topper to promote calm rest during the night.

Beautiful views and (almost) brand new unit

This property was everything that was advertised and was perfect for our family of four with two teenage boys. It is basically brand new construction (1 year old) and is in like-new condition throughout the unit. There are great views of Trouville and Deauville and the layout is very open and bright and it is great to sit out on the patio to eat breakfast or lunch or have a drink. Fast internet. Kitchen is great - new appliances of course and all of the pots, dishes, and utensils you could need to cook in if you want. Be aware that you need to walk up quite a steep hill from town to get to the unit (the price you pay for great views!), but if you are in average shape it's not a problem. It's just a short walk to the restaurants and shops in Trouville or across the bridge to Deauville. Cedric the owner was great with communication throughout and responsive to any questions and quickly returned the security deposit. We would definitely stay again if in Trouville!

Compleet en meer dan dat

Uitstekende locatie voor stelletje of gezin. Fenomenaal uitzicht. Inrichting is echt meer dan compleet en super netjes en luxe. Alles is op loopafstand (restaurant, bakker, winkels, zee, strand etc.) toeristische trekpleisters zijn prima met auto te bereizen, waarbij Etretat (zeer aan te bevelen) en omaha beach op een uur rijden liggen. De rest ( Honfleur, Deauville en veel meer) binnen een half uur te bereiken zijn. Kortom een echte aanrader om te relaxen aan het prachtige strand met boulevard, maar ook een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor dagtochtjes.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, angefangen bei der sehr guten Ausstattung, dem sehr guten Zugang inkl. Tiefgarage, der Kontaktaufnahme und der Einweisung am Objekt - nicht zu vergessen der fantastische Ausblick, den man vom Balkon aus hat. Diese Wohnung würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Appartement de qualité à Trouville

Appartement très bien placé, de qualité et très propre. L'équipement est de qualité. La vue depuis le balcon est très agréable, l'appartement est calme. Le gros plus, nous pouvons tout faire à pied et il y a un parking pour 1 véhicule. dans la chambre au lit double, il faut aimer le lit plutôt enveloppant et mou. Bon séjour à Trouville

Tolles Appartment mit super Lage in Trouville. Zur Innenstadt sind es wenige Minuten Fußweg, zum Strand 10 min. Das Haus ist perfekt angefangen von der Tiefgarage bis zur Ausstattung der Wohnung. Highlight ist natürlich der Balkon mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Dazu eine absolut ruhige Straße, Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen.

Excellent Stay

Booked this apartment last minute for a stay in Trouville. The booking process was easy and initial communication with Cedric was well received. Arriving at the apartment was efficient meeting with Sonia and "checking in." The apartment itself is in a lovely location and of good size for a family of four (2adults and 2 children). The balcony catches the sun all day and it is a short walk to the town and beach. Other positives: 1. secure parking 2. strong wifi and smart tv for netflix/you tube to keep the children occupied 3. bluetooth speaker 4. lots of storage space 5. well equipped kitchen with great cooker and hob 6. basic amenities provided 7. washing machine 8. the apartment block is well maintained and very clean 9. nicely decorated 10. the children loved the beanbag. Minor points, the return to apartment from town or beach is uphill as mentioned in other reviews but was fine for us and a fan for the bedroom would be a useful addition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate in recommending the apartment!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable . L appartement est tout simplement parfait . Très bel agencement et très belle décoration . De plus, la situation est idéale . Sonia a été très disponible pour notre arrivée et notre départ .( merci à elle😀) Nous y reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir .

Monsieur, je suis désolé et surtout surpris de votre appréciation. Vous êtes bien le premier et le seul à juger le confort moyen dans cet appartement luxueux que tout le monde apprécie! Peut être n’avons nous pas la même notion du confort. La terrasse est équipée pour y dîner mais pas avec des transats, c’est un choix et les photos étaient très claires à ce sujet. Quant au canapé du salon, vous n’étiez pas supposés l’utiliser comme un couchage. Il n’apparaît d’ailleurs pas sur notre annonce ! Pour votre information c’est un convertible pour couchage quotidien de la maison du convertible. Très bonne journée.

Einfach großartig!

Eine rundum schöne Wohnung mit allem erdenklichen Komfort. Alles war vorhanden und hat einwandfrei funktioniert (WLAN, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Fernseher etc.), die Aussicht auf Trouville, Deauville und das Meer ist fantastisch. Und on top: Garage und Fahrstuhl. Für uns ein Volltreffer.

Tolle Lage, super Ausstattung und geschmackvolle Einrichtung

Wer einmal zur Hochsaison in Trouville war, wird die Wohnung zu schätzen wissen. Sie liegt genau richtig. um nicht vom Trubel überrollt zu werden und dennoch zentral. Die Wohnung selber ist rundum empfehlenswert und auch komplett ausgestattet bis ins Detail.

Un bel appartement idéalement situé à Trouville !

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement durant les vacances de Noël avec nos deux enfants de 5 et 8 ans. L'appartement est tenu avec beaucoup de soin et il est très joliment décoré. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée et nous avons passé un super séjour ! La vue est magnifique ! Allez y foncez ! Cécile & Stéphane

superbe appartement neuf

L'appartement est totalement neuf, la terrasse est très bien exposée et baignée de soleil par beau temps (un parasol serait utile), la vue de la terrasse est splendide, et à noter une literie de belle qualité très confortable. A proximité de tout, malgré une bonne pente à grimper.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Il n'y a effectivement pas de parasol. L'appartement étant neuf, nous attendons une décision de la copropriété sur les modèles et couleurs pour pouvoir nous équiper de store de terrasse. Cela sera donc opérationnel pour l'année prochaine
