The Lakehouse

Skate park and ATV/Snowmobile trails within 5 minutes, freplace, fire pit and fire table to entertain, fishing, BBQ, kayaks, sandy beach, laundry, baby gates, pet friendly, pack n'play, extra foldout bed, pet-friendly gradual water access, great weed-free swimming. Deck is perfect for entertaining.

Other things to note
-Locked cabinets are owners personal items.
-Main floor tv works, and upstairs tv works (no remote)
-long term tenant (single door) is completely separate and rarely home.
-Security cameras are inoperable/disconnected on the whole premises.
