The dining room has a large dining table with seating for six and three extra seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen offers modern appliances and is fully equipped with all of the tools you'll need to prepare meals at home. There is a half bathroom on the main floor for convenience.

The entrance to Truman Annex is secured by a 24-hour staffed guard gate and you can use the residential entry gate keys to come and go on foot at night. The community pool is just down the street, with plenty of chaises and restrooms for convenience.

There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
