Maisonnets invites you to discover the essence of Sydney in this stylish, African-inspired one-bedroom apartment. Located in the heart of Surry Hills, you're steps from Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and the CBD. Enjoy air-conditioned comfort, a private balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, and access to a gym and sauna. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers seeking a prime location.



The Space:

Situated in the popular Manhattan building this second floor, one bedroom apartment, complete with secure parking and balcony, has been stylishly decorated with the traveller in mind.



Once you enter the apartment, there is a spacious separate kitchen with servery for the open plan living/dining room. The kitchen comes complete with Bosch dishwasher, a four burner gas cooktop, a microwave oven as well as conventional oven. The bathroom is quite large and has a full length bath with shower over bath. There is also a Bosch front loader washing machine as well as a Bosch front loader condenser dryer. The fully air-conditioned living area has a 2.5 seater leather King Furniture sofa as well as an occasional chair, a smart 65 inch TV. There is a glass round dining table for meals and off the living/dining room is a large balcony with outdoor furniture for added comfort.



The separate bedroom comes complete with a very plush king size bed, mirrored wardrobes, vertical drapes, to be able to block out light and the whole apartment is double glazed making it very quiet in this very central location.



The building also has a very well equipped gymnasium, Swedish sauna and there is an optional undercover security car space if needed.



Guest Access:

You will have access to full Gymnasium. sauna and secure parking with direct access from parking via the elevator.
