For safety and compliance, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera, used solely to monitor real occupancy, disturbances, and emergency situations.

Additionally, some properties are fitted with a Minut noise monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record actual sounds or conversations, preserving your privacy.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
