Beach Views is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachside home located directly across the road from Dromana Beach. Beautifully furnished in neutral coastal colours, this two-storey home offers the perfect coastal getaway. Ideal for families, groups, or a romantic retreat, Beach Views combines comfort, style, and a prime location for the ultimate beachside holiday.

Downstairs:

Relax in the cosy living area, complete with a mini fridge, TV, various family board games and a comfy couch with a chaise lounge that also serves as a sofa bed if needed. It opens onto two private courtyards, offering a peaceful place to unwind, whether you're soaking in the spacious spa or enjoying a BBQ meal outside. The home is also pet-friendly, with a doggy door in the laundry room providing easy access to the private outdoor areas.

The two spacious bedrooms downstairs each feature king-sized beds and built-in robes (with the option to configure one room with two singles). The central bathroom includes both a bath and shower, and there’s a separate powder room. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. There is internal access to the double garage.

Upstairs:

The master bedroom features a four-poster king-sized bed, a walk-through robe, and a private ensuite with a shower, basin, and toilet. The open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, large fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and Zip tap for instant boiling water. The kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, complete with a gas log fire, smart TV and a balcony offering beautiful Bay views. A separate powder room is also available on this level. All living areas and bedrooms are equipped with split systems for cooling and heating.

Outdoor Spaces:

Beach Views boasts plenty of outdoor areas where you can relax and take in the coastal atmosphere. Unwind in the spacious spa in the front courtyard, which also includes a large outdoor couch with an umbrella, two sun loungers, and a BBQ. Alternatively, enjoy a refreshing drink on the deck in the rear courtyard.

Upstairs, the balcony offers an alfresco dining area with a table for six, an umbrella for shade, and peaceful views.

Beach Gear For Guest Use :

To make beach days even easier, guests have access in the garage to a beach cart (perfect for wheeling everything across the road), two beach umbrellas, four beach chairs, and a sun shelter.

Amazing location with the beach just meters across the road and just a short walk to Dromana Pier and nearby Safety Beach, as well as the vibrant shops, cafes, and restaurants of Dromana. With everything so close, Beach Views is the ideal base for your beachside escape, offering easy access to both relaxation and adventure.

All linen and bath towels are provided; beach towels are not provided.

Please note: If bringing a dog there will be a one-off charge of $55, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please provide your pet with its own bed.

These guidelines include restrictions on who can stay, as well as the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that do not comply with these guidelines.
