*Parking for 2 vehicles at the bottom of the driveway as well as a single car spot at the top of the driveway - access via Fraser Rd.

Access to this property is via a steep driveway off Fraser Rd.
There are stairs to access the property via Hardys Bay Pde, but no parking.
