It's hard not to be in awe of this place. The pictures don't do it justice. It's rare to find a brand new, modern 3 bedroom private apartment of this size, 162m2, in this central location. While we are in Exiample, right behind us, and to the right, you immediately enter the historic old town, El Ravel.
We fully renovated this apartment in its layout and all details. We incorporated modern elegance with historical charm. All the bricks are original, including the tiles, delicately restored. Everything is well thought-out in this home, from comfortable bedding to having central air conditioning and heating, new large hot water tank, full sized laundry and dryer in a beautiful laundry room.
The Catalan vaulted 12" ceilings, ambience lighting, exposed bricks and Gaudi inspired moldings are showcased in this open concept kitchen w/bar seating, dining room and living room. This private space is great for entertainment, a place to gather while you enjoy some vino and snacks overlooking the bustling city life of Barcelona and plan your next activity. You will be totally immersed in this local living experience in luxury!
