*TV*
We have 2 smart TV that will allow you to connect to your Netflix, Prime Video and Disney + accounts. Please note that we do not provide cable channels.

*PARKING*
You have a free parking space in an outdoor parking lot 3 minutes walk from the residence. You will be able to access it with the badge provided.

*ROOFTOP BBQ*
Winter and summer, you will be able to use the BBQs during your stay.

*ROOFTOP POOL*
The building has a heated rooftop pool that our guests have access to during their stay. The pool is closed during the colder months of the year, generally from mid-October to early June These dates may vary a little depending on the weather of the year.

- The swimming pool is reserved for residents of the building. People who are not included in your reservation are not allowed on site. There are no lifeguards on site. Please always keep an eye on your children.

✦ You will have access to the shared terrace, the swimming pool and the BBQ on the roof of the accommodation between 8am and 10pm.

✦ The building's gym is also open between 8am and 10pm.

*CHECK IN*
We have an autonomous check in system, you can arrive from 4 p.m. If you wish to arrive earlier than 4 p.m., please message me 24 hours before your arrival for an early check-in request. It will be our pleasure to accept your request for free if the cleaning schedule allows it. Additional informations to access the appartment will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.

*CHECK OUT*
We ask that you leave the appartment before 11 a.m. on the day of your departure to allow our cleaning team to prepare the premises for the next guests. The procedure for check-out will be more detailed in your guest manual, which will be sent to you 48 hours after the confirmation of your reservation.

*PETS*
Pets are not allowed. You must notify us in advance and show us the official documentation if you have a service dog.
