The accomodation :

Upon arrival at the accommodation, you will find a spacious and well-appointed bedroom with a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a large wardrobe to store your clothes.

As you step into the living area, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen with an impressive countertop, allowing you to comfortably cook almost anything you desire.

In the living room, there is a FireTV smart television and a convertible sofa for peaceful movie nights.

The modern and inviting bathroom will provide comfort after a day of exploring the surroundings.

A washer and dryer will be available in the accommodation if needed.

The building itself features a shared pool open from early May to late October on the rooftop terrace, as well as a shared BBQ area and a gym.

Saint-Roch stands out for its trendy atmosphere, offering a plethora of small restaurants, cafes, and lively bars. Its streets are lined with shops offering a variety of products, from clothing to household items to toys, especially along Saint-Joseph Street. Additionally, the neighborhood is punctuated with concert halls, theaters, and contemporary art galleries, adding to its cultural dynamism.

The natural allure of the neighborhood is enhanced by the Jean-Paul-L'Allier Garden, where an artificial waterfall provides a peaceful setting. Furthermore, the imposing Saint-Roch church stands nearby, bearing witness to the region's architectural heritage.

You have access to a parking spot in an outdoor parking lot located a 3-minute walk from the residence. You can access it using the badge provided to you.

*AROUND THE BUILDING*
North of the building is a modern shelter that supports people experiencing homelessness. A short walk away, across the street from the shelter, is the YMCA, frequented by both local families and its members.

The neighborhood is safe, and Quebec City ranks among the safest cities on the continent. Young families, tourists, local residents, and workers are regularly seen walking and moving about.

To the north, St. Joseph Street is worth exploring for its charming boutiques and delicious local restaurants.


*ROOF POOL*
The building does have a heated swimming on the roof that our guests have access to during their stay.
- The pool is closed for the colder months of the year, usually from October to June. Dates may vary, and this isn't something we can control. Contact us if you have questions on this subject to get the latest updates we have.
- The pool is reserved for the residents of the building. People not included in your booking are not allowed on site. There are no lifeguards on site. Thank you for always keeping an eye on your children.
