And if you want to explore further, Terrigal, Avoca Beach, and the broader Central Coast are just minutes by car.



Cove Beach House delivers all year round. Summer means pool days, beach walks, and long evenings under the cabana. Autumn and spring bring quieter beaches and the pool to yourself. It’s known for its long, sandy beachfront that stretches along Broken Bay and the Pacific Ocean, making it a popular destination for swimming, surfing, fishing, and family beach days. The beach is patrolled in warmer months and offers calm waters that are particularly appealing to families and water‑based activities.



The suburb has a friendly, laid‑back lifestyle with a well‑established village centre featuring cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and local services. Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $1,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.



Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.



The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.



Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognized insurance companies, corporate organizations, relocation providers, or similar authorized entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
