What we Love:

Location: Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in Kariong, this estate feels like a hidden world. You are surrounded by over 3 acres of gently undulating grounds and private bushland views, yet perfectly positioned to explore the best of the Central Coast.



Design: The home radiates warmth and light, featuring a sophisticated designer palette that feels both high-end and incredibly welcoming. From the grand entrance to the soaring ceilings, every detail has been curated for comfort and style.



Living Areas:

Open Plan Living: The heart of the home is designed for connection. Imagine a winter evening gathered in the family lounge, the combustion fireplace crackling in the background, while the open-plan dining area buzzes with the sounds of a shared meal.

Master Suite: A true parents' retreat. This palatial space features its own private sitting area, a walk-in wardrobe, and a designer ensuite where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the freestanding bath while looking out over the private bushland.



Additional Bedrooms: Upstairs, four generous bedrooms provide ample space for everyone to retreat. They are configured with one King bed, two Queen beds, and one room with a Double and two Single beds.

Bathrooms: Features an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs bathroom. The main bathroom is luxuriously appointed with floor-to-ceiling tiles and a deep bath, ensuring every guest enjoys a touch of spa-like luxury.

Kariong is a relaxed and family‑friendly suburb in the Central Coast region of New South Wales, located just west of Gosford and close to the M1 Pacific Motorway, making it easily accessible from both Sydney and Newcastle. It sits at the foothills of lush bushland and borders Brisbane Water National Park, offering plenty of outdoor space, walking trails and natural beauty right on its doorstep.



The community in Kariong enjoys a semi‑rural feel with modern residential neighbourhoods, local shops, schools, parks and recreational facilities, while still having convenient access to larger shopping and dining options in nearby Gosford. Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $2,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your details will not be shared or retained.
