NEW BUILD! Lakefront resort cabin with fireplace, sandy beach, dock, fire pit!

This cottage overlooks the beach. It also has some grassy area and shade before the sand beach. Proximity to the beach and privacy from one bedroom to the other are features of this unit plus the view from the scenic windows.

There are 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and in each.

Birchwood Resort has been upgraded and reimagined to showcase the rustic style of the Northwoods and the natural beauty of the resorts ¼ mile of frontage on Little Saint Germain Lake. A private, sandy beach is at the center of the resort, providing a safe and memorable space to swim and splash in the water. Kayaks, canoe and peddle boat are available for guest use, perfect for exploring the island just off shore.

Little Saint Germain Lake is a 972 acre lake with several bays to explore and enjoy. Known for great fishing and boating, anglers find musky, panfish, bass, pike and walleye. Winter adventures are even more fun with over 500+ miles of snowmobile trail throughout Vilas county.

Great location

We really enjoyed our time and the lake right outside the cabin. We got to go swimming and fishing right off the dock. I liked that the cabin was a bit of a drive off the main road. We stopped each day to talk to the deer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the cabin was choice right on lake with beach front!Had our own dock and fire pit This cabin is not remodeled the furniture and appliances are newer my mattress was comfortable the flooring is old and dirty. The windows were filled with cobwebs and dead bugsIt got very hot and they put in a new window AC that did the job. It is a rustic cabin that needs work but was doable.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: would say that the walkway and entrance to the cabin is not good. The step is quite high and there is no way to step in without bringing sand and dirt along. The window trimmings need to be replaced. There is no place to unpack clothes etc., no closets, or dressers. I understand some improvements are being planned, please consider a walk-in shower as some of us have issues climbing into a tub. Overall cleanliness is to be desired and an air freshener would be a good investment. The stove, refrigerator, TV service, bed, and furniture were all really nice. The setting and lake view are exceptional. Please receive this not as a complaint, but as solicited constructive criticism. Thank you for allowing our input.

Cabin was cute but grounds were horrible! Uneven excavating, electrical wires exposed and were a tripping hazard. Steps to cabin were uneven and loose. Cabin exterior was not done still had a lot to do on outside. Campfire area could have been mowed, grass was long. For the price you paid for a week it could have definitely been in better shape, very disappointing.
