A Peaceful Retreat Surrounded by Nature & Convenience
A family friendly serene and charming 2-bedroom private guesthouse with huge pool ! The perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and prime location. This modern getaway is designed for those who love nature and the convenience of being close to the heart of the Gold Coast.
This Flat is not shared you will have your own private entrance, BBQ area and Granny Flat but note it is next to our family home and the pool is shared.
Orchard in the City is a private retreat ideal for couples, families, or small groups, with everything you need for a restful and enjoyable stay. The guesthouse features:
2 Cozy Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed, mirrored robes, and a ceiling fan for ultimate comfort.
Bedroom 2: Single bed with an optional trundle bed (available upon request for a small fee), plus a ceiling fan for added relaxation.
Living Area:
- Fast Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen smart TV for your entertainment, and a comfortable 4-seater lounge. Work desk and chair can be arranged by request.
- Split-system A/C to keep the space cool and cozy all year round.
- A spacious 4-seater dining table, perfect for family meals or games.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Cook up delicious meals with ease in the modern kitchen, which includes all the essentials for your stay. Inc Airfryer.
Bathroom:
Enjoy the luxury of a newly renovated shower with quality toiletries, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels.
Separate Toilet:
For added convenience, a separate toilet is located next to the bathroom.
Laundry:
A convenient 8kg top-loader washing machine, along with an undercover clothing line for easy drying.

Step outside to your private undercover entertainment area, a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. It includes:
