The light-filled main residence features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite, making it ideal for couples or families travelling together. Open-plan living flows seamlessly onto wrap-around timber decks, where you can unwind with a morning coffee or sunset drink while taking in the Coral Sea outlook.
Separate Self-Contained Retreat
Privately positioned away from the main house is a self-contained one-bedroom retreat, complete with its own bathroom, kitchenette and patio with tranquil views — perfect for grandparents, teenagers, or guests wanting additional privacy.

The stunning large infinity pool is the heart of the property, overlooking the tropical landscape and ocean beyond. I wake up to the sound of birdsong, not traffic. The Coral Sea is just minutes away, the Daintree and Great Barrier Reef are in my backyard, and sunsets paint the sky over Sugar Wharf like a postcard.
There’s a sense of calm here – space to breathe, slow down, and connect with nature. The community is warm, welcoming, and laid-back. We say hi to each other at the markets, know our baristas by name, and share local tips with visitors just because we love it here.
It’s a place where barefoot is normal, rain is tropical, and you can go from reef to rainforest in one afternoon.
I feel lucky every single day to call Port Douglas home.
