* Extra person charges may apply so please make sure that the number of guests is accurate at the time of reservation.

* There is a long term guest casita that shares the garage wall. They have a separate entrance and do not have access to the backyard or the house.

* Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property; USPS orders may be addressed to the Moab Post Office instead.
