Beautiful fully modern twin home completed in February 2021. Spacious living/dining area with large outdoor patio. Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains. Ample parking for trucks towing ATV/SCS trailers.

All of our promoted sleeping details are in actual bedrooms. No hide-a-beds or fold out sofas in the main living area. We want to provide a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. The main floor has 10 foot ceilings which provide a very open feel, and accentuate the phenomenal views.

Excellent stay in Moab

The house was as described and very clean. Shawn was very responsive with any questions we had and replied immediately. The icing on the cake was the view from the big back patio doors specially the sunrise. From Moab city perspective be aware that a lot of businesses close for the season in winter.

Great week in Moab!

Moab is a spectacular place to visit, and we chose the perfect VRBO as our home base. This spot had everything we needed, and offered us a great view of the mountains. When we weren't cooking in, Shawn, our host recommended some yummy carryout options. We ended each day in the hot tub under the myriad of stars in the Moab sky. And beyond the spotless VRBO, Shawn was the most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of working with! I highly recommend a stay at this property.

FANTASTIC BEDS , FANTASTIC BEDS !!This property was in spotless condition. Everything cabinet labeled to easily find all cooking utensils in abundance. Hot tub and great patio! Incredible views front and back.Very safe neighborhood and close to town. The owners even supplied tools and an air compressor in the garage for us off road nuts. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend !

Family trip

Great house that accommodates the whole family. Hot tub has a great view. Road is a little loud but the space and cleanliness of the house was fantastic and Shawn was as very responsive and accommodating.

Everything we needed!

I would highly recommend this place. The kitchen has everything you need and the large table and sectional sofa were perfect for our family of ten people. The location worked out great and the view out the back was beautiful. Our grandkids enjoyed the heated pool which was set at a comfortable temperature and we enjoyed the hot tub at the house as well. Thank you for sharing you beautiful home. We all had a great time!

Great Property!

This is a great property! Host provided great communication throughout. House has a super layout with lots of beds and bathrooms. Great trailer parking for those bringing toys and the garage even has tools and air. We will be back!

Clean and well-supplied but HVAC system needs help

The townhouse was clean and well-supplied in the kitchen. However, until or unless the owners address the frequently referenced HVAC issues you’ll see in other reviews, this property is only comfortable for stays in spring and fall. Freezing downstairs and blazing hot upstairs. Some of this could be remedied simply by relocating the thermostat to the first floor. Also, the housekeeper needs to remember to turn up the hot tub before guests arrive so it is ready for use. The water was too cold on our first night of stay.

Christmas Stay

We stayed (four adults and three teens) for five nights over the Christmas holiday and it worked out perfectly. We hiked Arches, Canyonlands, and made the 2+ hour drive to hike Capitol Reef. It was wonderful to come back and have a hot tub large enough to hold all of us for post-hike relaxation. The property is exactly as it appears in the photos. The kitchen is well stocked and has all you need. We appreciated the fact that there are two washers and two dryers in the unit - - with seven people and dirty hiking clothes, we needed it. The beds are surprisingly comfortable for a rental property. We would gladly stay here again.

Everything was perfect.

The house was just as described. Great amenities! Everything we needed was provided and then some. The host was very responsive. Ample parking for trucks with trailers. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Moab Townhouse

We came for fall break as family with our 4 kids - 19, 16, 14 and 2. Loved our stay. Very nice townhouse and Shawn was excellent to work with. Townhouse is immaculate. Kitchen is perfect for family cooking and dinners. Nice rooms upstairs for the entire family. And jacuzzi and BBQ are great to enjoy the outdoor. Nice washer and dryer. And garage for cars and outside parking works well for multiple cars. 10 minutes from down town Moab and 25 minutes from Arches. We very much enjoyed our stay and the responsiveness of Shawn. We will be back. 4Bear Family

Excellent Property, Perfect Location

Excellent property that worked very well for our party of 10. Plenty of room both indoors and outdoors to gather and relax after a day of exploring the Moab, Arches and Canyon Lands. The property owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Will rebook when next in Moab!

Amazing property!

My family and I were in Moab for a wedding. There were 8 of us total and this property was absolutely perfect! Everything was new, clean and super easy. Location was great, spectacular views and a short drive to downtown! I did need to contact the owner for something and he was quick to respond. I would highly recommend!!
